Hello Friends, Welcome to Meera’s Food Corner Today I am going to do the tutorial for Hara Bhara Kebab Ingredients: 250 gm spinach, mint leaves, 1 tsp kasoori methi, 1 boiled potato, 2 tsp garlics, apricot (1 tsp), chopped dry fruits, chopped green chilli, 1tsp gramflour (besan), bread crumbs, water, oil In a boiling water, add spinach After 5 minutes, transfer it to ice cold water Now in a pan, add gram flour (besan) to roast Cook it for 2 minutes only on high flame Squeeze the spinach properly Now make a paste from spinach and mint In a hot pan, add 1 tsp ghee Add cumin seeds Garlics Stir it well. Add green chilli Add kasuri methi Now add spinach mint paste Let it cool After the paste is cool, add mashed boiled potatoes and roasted besan Add salt as per taste Mash it again properly Now apply some ghee on your palm Start making round flat balls Fill it with apricot, dry fruits Now close the balls.
